In addition to being near both the Columbia college and State Fair community college campuses, Osage Ridge provides a secure, quiet, and family friendly place to call home. We also have excellent property managers as well as full-time maintenance staff.

Jerry & Stacy gave me a place when I had none, & right before winter too! I love them deeply for that. They are sweet and will make time for you out of the hundreds of units they are responsible for overlooking/maintaining. Great location too, surrounded by nature on this 11 acre plot of land owned by the owners. Yet again another beautiful nook of Missouri.

I have lived at Osage Ridge for 5 years. The managers are awesome. They always fix things quickly when they are broken and are very nice. I have never had any issues with them. I love Christmas time here because they have a decorating contest, a lot of people participate and it looks very festive. I have had wonderful neighbors the whole time I have lived here. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

The landlords here are awesome…. Been here 6 years and every time something’s broke or we have a problem, they’re always right on top of it, 365 24/7…. For the price and location its the best…. Highly recommend👍😎
